London-based MR agency BDRC has launched its VenueVerdict customer feedback and competitor hotel benchmarking service in the Middle East.
The real-time service provides hoteliers and other meeting venue operators with instant e-mail alerts as soon as customers complete surveys, providing detailed feedback on all aspects of an event. Month-end reports are also available containing league tables of venues, with the top performing locations announced each quarter in Meetings & Incentive Travel magazine.
Launched in the UK in 2006, VenueVerdict will now include data from hotels in Dubai, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, Kuwait, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
Director of Performance Management Matt Costin explained: ‘The roll-out of this service in the dynamic Middle East markets is an important step in our vision of providing a global performance benchmarking system for hotels and other MICE venues.’
