CFI Celebrates Two Decades, Appoints CEO

February 11 2008

Michigan-based customer satisfaction measurement firm, CFI Group, has promoted Sheri Teodoru to the post of CEO, as the company celebrates its 20th anniversary.

Sheri TeodoruTeodoru joined the firm in 2000, became a partner in 2005, and was elected to the Board of Directors last January. Her 22 years' experience kicked off at Quaker Oats; she then worked at Kraft Foods and eventually she became Director of Market Analysis at Kolcraft Enterprises. Teodoru has an MBA from the University of Chicago and is also a member of the Board of Foresee Results.

Said Chairman Claes Fornell: 'As a Managing Partner, Sheri helped companies increase revenues, stock value, and customer retention. As CEO, she will continue to firmly establish CFI Group as the market leader in strategic customer satisfaction measurement.'

Fornell founded the company in 1988 to develop and patent the methodology of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Teodoru says the system has transformed the way companies view and use customer satisfaction metrics.

The company now employs more than 160 employees in 12 offices across four continents and is online at www.cfigroup.com.
