ICD Partnership Launches CRM Coaching Programme

In the UK, customer management consultancy ICD Partnership has launched an online and telephone based coaching programme offering advice on customer relationship management strategies.

The new 'Specialist Performance Coaching' syllabus provides senior managers with personal coaching and mentoring to support their customer service and relationship management plans. Areas covered include customer measurement, customer retention and customer satisfaction, along with customer value management, customer centricity within an organisation, scorecards and other research and measurement methodologies.

The service is available by annual contract through a combination of face-to-face and tele/web contact with dedicated ICD consultants, who also offer telephone support when required and assistance in preparation for meetings.

Explained Director and Senior Consultant Russell Biggart: 'This offering has been developed to ensure that senior managers and directors are able to apply up-to-date methods, tools and techniques within the customer management arena, and manage them effectively through their teams without the initial need to generate large consultancy projects. Time is precious to our clients, and this new service has been designed to meet and support their needs in a way which they can fit in to their hectic schedules.'

ICD Partnership was founded by Principal Consultants Biggart and Liz Moody to bring together consultants from a range of sectors to offer both customer management consultancy learning and development programmes. In addition, the company has partnered with Edinburgh-based MR agency Scotinform to create ICD Insight which offers research capabilities combined with customer relationship management consultancy.
