Mobile Survey Capability for Voxco

February 29 2008

MR software firm Voxco has concluded a partnership agreement with the French company Prylos, which develops mobile applications, giving it the ability to offer clients data collection via mobile phones worldwide.

Surveys will be conducted through Prylos' Y-Study application, which works with most mobile phone models, Blackberry and other personal digital assistants (PDAs). Voxco says the new service will be seamlessly integrated with the multi and mixed-mode data collection and analysis platform, Voxco Command Center.

Voxco President and COO André Gareau comments: 'The technology developed by Prylos, allows us to quickly provide our clients with an increasingly popular data collection and processing mode, thus strategically complementing our product offering.' According to Caroline Noublanche, President of Prylos, 'Mobile telephony is unavoidable in France and all across Europe. The same phenomenon is happening in North America, where this technology is rapidly expanding. Our partnership with Voxco provides us with a first opening in North America, a market with an excellent potential'.

Based in Montreal, Voxco also has branches in France, UK, Germany and the USA. Web sites are at www.voxco.com and www.prylos.fr.
