In the US, Dallas real estate development marketer Mike Reddell has set up Ironwood Marketing Group, which will provide feasibility studies, market research, project development and marketing services for a variety of residential and resort developments.
Reddell is launching the new firm after working as VP of Houston-based Personette & Associates; a company that provides sales and marketing services to support luxury developments. Ironwood's target market includes hotel-condominium and multi-family developments.
'With my experience in developer marketing I saw this as the perfect opportunity to form Ironwood to expand my services into new areas,' Reddell commented.
Last November, Washington DC-headquartered commercial real estate firm Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers hired Kevin Thorpe to oversee all market research activities, including data analysis and forecasting (www.mrweb.com/drno/news7644.htm ).
