Nielsen Online has appointed four new senior members of staff in the UK to support its growth in EMEA markets.
Stephen Brooks becomes the new MD for the UK, joining from EMAP Communications where he was Digital Director for Magazines. Previously, he spent seven years as the publisher in charge of mad.co.uk, the B2B marketing portal belonging to Centaur Media, which he launched in 1999.
New UK Client Director Media Research David Webb joins from CNN International, where he was Director of Digital Research Worldwide. In his new role, Webb will be responsible for growing relationships with the firmís major media industry clients within the UK.
Matthew Dodd becomes VP of Research and Analytics for EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), having previously worked for the Telegraph Media Group as Director of Customer Insight. Before this, he was Head of Strategic Planning at News International.
Relocating from New York, Brad Little moves to the UK to become Director Industry Solutions. In his new position, Little will be leading the roll out of the BuzzMetrics products in the UK and overseeing the company's offering for non-media clients. He has been with Nielsen for seven years, having started his career with Nielsenís US consumer agency, Claritas.

In October, Nielsen combined its Nielsen//NetRatings division with BuzzMetrics to form Nielsen Online
to deliver global measurement of consumer behaviour across all media platforms.
