New Consultancy to Focus on Small Business Clients

In New York City, marketer and academic Christine Janssen has launched denken Research & Consulting, which aims to help entrepreneurs transform ideas into viable businesses via in-depth research.

The firm offers end-to-end research and writing services for start-ups and small businesses. Clients will get access to hundreds of resources, databases, and industry-specific publications, plus bespoke services - in-depth analyses and the writing of 'attention-grabbing content'.

'Given our turbulent economy, differentiation and competitive positioning are more important than ever before' comments Janssen. 'Business owners need to intimately understand their market, industry, competition, and customers. This requires much more than a Google search or intuition.'

Janssen holds a BS in Marketing, a global MBA, and is currently developing a case study on entrepreneurship for her PhD at New York University. She has extensive experience in various industries as a marketer, researcher, and professional writer. Her team includes business developer Erin Higgins, previously an executive recruiter and busdev manager in the healthcare industry; and Anna White, whose background includes equity research and new venture management and who will provide financial modeling and advisory services.
