Gongos Celebrates Success with Eleven New Hires

US consultancy Gongos Research has hired 11 new staff on the back of 2007 revenue and project growth. To support the recruitment process, the firm implemented a strategy which included fostering university relationships and offering referral incentives.
President/CEO John Gongos says that the scheme was designed to instil in staff a sense of involvement and ownership in the recruiting process. 'Engaging everyone from every level within our company enabled us to seek out, rally behind, and secure sought-after talent.'
The new hires include three veteran market researchers:
- Mitch Sanders who joins as Research Director, having spent the past four years at Harris Interactive, most recently as Senior Research Scientist specializing in Internet methodologies.
- Duston Pope becomes Senior Project Director, Consumer Products after previously working at Market Strategies International where he was a Healthcare Research Study Director.
- Angel Muxlow rejoins the firm as Senior Project Director, Retail/Services, after a stint at JD Power and Associates where she was a Research Manager.
Additional full-time appointments in 2008 include:
- Joel Frost, Senior Project Coordinator - Retail/Services, and Scottie Fisher, Project Coordinator - Automotive/Powersports, who have both recently graduated from the Master of Marketing Research Program at the University of Georgia.
- Matt Graton, Project Coordinator - Automotive/Powersports, who joins from Quicken Loans.
- Amy Kendziorski, Project Director - Retail/Services, previously worked as Market Research Analyst at Kohler Co.
- Megan Milczarski, Senior Project Coordinator - Retail/Services, is a recent MS graduate in Math and Statistics from Georgetown University.
- Sandeep Nellutla, Senior Developer - Information Systems, previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer-Subject Matter Expert for Visa.
- Nichole Roose, Project Coordinator - Consumer Products, a recent graduate of Adrian College.
- Jennifer Wroblewski Project Coordinator - Consumer Products, a graduate of Central Michigan University.
