Government Specialist Appoints CEO

In the US, government market intelligence consultancy INPUT has named Timothy Dowd as its new President and CEO.

Dowd most recently served as President of US Investigations Services' Commercial Services Division, where he held operational and growth responsibility and led the 650-person organization. He began his career in General Electric's Management Program, and rose through marketing and general management roles in a 16-year career at the company.

After this, he worked for information services firm ChoicePoint, where he had general management responsibilities for several acquired companies and led marketing and business development activities. Dowd holds an MA in Business Administration from Emory University.
