Change at the Top for Product Evaluations

May 27 2008

In the US, foodservice industry specialist Product Evaluations, Inc. has announced senior changes in its research & consulting practice. Former Coca-Cola exec Andrea Bilotti joins as Director of Strategic Initiatives while owner Jane Wood becomes CEO and Rich Tucker steps up to her old role as President.

Wood acquired the company in 1991, around twenty years after its founding, and has led it since. She will now focus on leveraging emerging technology to enhance client offerings, and in particular on building the company's Success MetriX online innovation tools. She will also lead development of a series of product innovation webinar/workshops for the foodservice manufacturing community.

Tucker, who steps up from VP Marketing & Sales, joined the firm in 1998 and has made significant contributions to its growth among food-away-from-home suppliers and trade association groups, including the creation of the industry forum 'Sophisticated Research Partners'. Before joining Product Evaluations, he worked for more than a decade in sales and marketing roles with top foodservice manufacturing companies such as the Keebler Company and the Pillsbury Company.

Bilotti has spent sixteen years in the foodservice industry at companies including Coca-Cola, the National Cattlemen's Beef Association and Technomic, Inc. In addition to MR and product testing she has work in PR, brand positioning and account partnership development. Her new role includes working with the leadership team on emerging technology initiatives, and on the webinar series.
