The partners of online feedback software and services form Globalpark GmbH have announced a decision to convert to a public company, with immediate effect. Dr. Lorenz Gräf, previously MD, will become CEO of Globalpark AG.

The conversion to an 'Aktiengesellschaft' or AG will be concluded this month with the company's entry into the trade register. The company headquarters will remain in Hürth near Cologne, Germany and the three partners, Dr. Graf, Professor Dr. Bernad Batinic and Jens Winicker, will retain their shares in the newly-founded company.

Professor Dr. Bernad Batinic has been appointed as Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, whose other members are:

  • Dr. Richard C. Geibel, Managing Director of the 'Center for Scientific Entrepreneurship and Transfer' (CENSET) in Cologne
  • Dr. Richard Herrmann, member of the Management Board of the financial service provider Heubeck in Cologne
  • SKOPOS founder and MD Olaf Hofmann
  • Florian H.W. Schmidt, MD of the law firm Watrin & Schmidt in Cologne, and
  • Jens Winicker, owner and MD of the IFAK Institute for Market and Social Research in the city of Taunusstein.
Founded in 1999, Globalpark is the leading supplier of online feedback software in German-speaking countries. Comments Dr. Graf: 'We aim to position Globalpark as one of the world's top suppliers of software and services for online feedback. The switch to a public company is a key prerequisite for achieving this goal because it creates the foundation for further above-average growth and fast geographical expansion.'
