Lightspeed's Foresight Hires Employee Survey Specialist

In the US, employee survey firm Lightspeed Research - The Foresight Group has appointed HR survey veteran Jerry Halamaj as a Senior Consultant.

The company was created in March 2007 when WPP-owned online panel provider Lightspeed Research acquired Chicago-headquartered employee research firm, Foresight International.

Halamaj joins with more than 30 years' experience in human resources and organization development, having directed global employee engagement surveys, manager feedback surveys and special focus surveys (eg, communications, employment brand, customer focus, and performance management) for hundreds of thousands of employees in a variety of languages.

Most recently he was Director of Global Employee Surveys at financial services firm Citigroup, where he oversaw the global employee survey process (Voice of the Employee), the manager feedback survey and special focus pulse surveys. Prior to this, he served as Corporate Manager, Global Employee Research and HR Metrics; and he was previously Director of Surveys at Personnel Research Associates, Director at Bank Administration Institute, and Senior Consultant at Control Data Business Advisors. He has a BA in Psychology from the University of Illinois, and completed his coursework towards the PhD in Industrial Psychology at the University of Minnesota.
