exëvo and Research Now Unveil New Panels

August 5 2008

Indian-based market research outsourcing firm exëvo has launched a Global Technology Panel, comprising more than 125,000 dedicated business and consumer panellists across 15 countries. Meanwhile, Research Now has launched an online panel in India.

exëvo's Business Panel comprises more than 75,000 opinion leaders, decision makers and purchase influencers with expertise across hardware, software, network and telecoms, data centers, security and systems. A separate Consumer Panel comprises around 50,000 members who will provide information on consumer attitude and purchasing patterns for consumer technology products. Members are segmented by gender, age, ethnicity, income and technology use.

CEO Alok Tayal comments: 'The Global Technology Panel is a key step forward in our commitment to strengthen the company's outsourcing research capabilities and to support clients with best-in-class research solutions with far greater speed and accuracy.'

Research Now's new consumer panel consists of highly-profiled, double opt-in panellists, and joins the company's Valued Opinions family of research-only online panels. At present, there are nearly 42,000 active panel members in India - this includes respondents who have joined the panel, responded to a survey invite or survey 'pre-screener', or otherwise indicated that they wish to continue to remain a member of the panel.

Valued Opinions India has been profiled by job roles and titles, telecom and technology information, use of financial services, consumer goods and more. Profiling extends across 35 states, from Jammu and Kashmir in the North to Kerala in the South with city-specific counts for more than 40 cities.

Including India, Research Now operates 29 proprietary online panels globally comprising over 2 million active panellists. In October, the firm launched a US panel of 400,000 individuals who can choose to take surveys in either English or Spanish.
