Partners to Boost Client Web Sites

European agency SKOPOS Market Insight has partnered with web marketing and development firm Nitro Digital to create a new web site analytics and research service.

OptiSight uses continuous behavioural data from analytics feeds, along with bespoke user opinions from tracking studies and tailored evaluation work, to deliver advice on changes to digital channels such as web, e-mail and mobile, and to web sites.

Jules Pancholi, Founder & MD of Nitro Digital says that by fusing behavioural analytics data with bespoke market research the firms are able to deliver 'optimum digital experiences' for clients.

'By creating this branded service, we are able to systemise our approach,' commented Darren Noyce, Founder & MD of SKOPOS. 'One bi-product of this work we have found is that it uniquely brings together client-side technical and marketing teams as one, which can be rare in our experience.'
