e-Rewards Toughens Respondent Validation System

November 6 2008

US-based online market research panel operator e-Rewards has launched a quality management system to ensure each online respondent meets both its own and its clients' quality standards.

The new Veracity360 routine encompasses ID validation, duplicate elimination, profile validation, and overall survey performance, including a client feedback loop which incorporates clients' own quality standards.

Beginning with the 'by invitation only' enrolment process, the approach continues by validating panelists' identification and profile data and includes ongoing review of their survey behaviour.

Any 'suspect' panel members are put through an extensive audit process to determine whether they are eligible to remain in the panel, or are removed.

'We believe digital fingerprinting is only one piece of the quality puzzle,' said Craig Stevens, EVP, Global Sales and Business Development. 'Our new quality management system further enhances our ability to provide a much more comprehensive and systematic approach to continue delivering the highest level of quality.'

Launched in 1999, e-Rewards employs 350 professionals from its Dallas, London, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Chicago and Seattle offices.

The firm recently attracted a $60m minority investment from private equity and buyout firm TA Associates.
