Online Communities Get 'Measurable Solution'

Social networking solutions firm Small World Labs has partnered with social marketing firm Sway Inc. to offer marketers a comprehensive set of tools for the creation and execution of social media strategies to support their brands.

The deal will see Sway's Social Media Map™ and Shoutlet offerings integrated into online communities and social networks powered by Small World Labs, giving marketers the option to uncover behavioral trends, demographics and competitors' online initiatives, and incorporate findings into the design of more targeted communities. Once they are built, Shoutlet can be used to distribute community content via a variety of means.

Michael Wilson, founder and CEO of Small World Labs, says the '360 degree solution' will help marketers to 'stop guessing about how their target audience behaves online and start building communities that will actually engage participants in a meaningful, long-term way.'
