Former Microsoft Exec to Lead Marketing for WebTrends

Analytics firm WebTrends Inc. has hired Jascha Kaykas-Wolff as VP of Marketing. Formerly a heavy user of WebTrends, Kaykas-Wolff will now oversee all its marketing, including overall strategy, branding, demand generation, advertising and PR.

He joins from Alvarez & Marsal Business Consulting, LLC, where he served as a Director, driving the growth of its eCommerce service line. Prior to this, he held several senior management roles at Microsoft, with a broad-ranging operational and developmental responsibility for Microsoft Store, Windows Marketplace and Microsoft PinPoint. Earlier he helped to devise and launch the software giant’s digital locker service. Before joining Microsoft, he served as a Business Development Manager for Yahoo! Shopping Business Unit.
