Lexington, Kentucky-based Preston-Osborne Marketing Communications & Research is launching a strategic solutions division.

Osborne & Associates — Strategic Solutions, will be managed by Jennifer Osborne, wife of company owner and CEO Phil Osborne. The new firm will advise government officials and focus on strategic planning, coalition building and communications, with a particular focus on the environment, health care and education.
