Gongos Taps Village Voice

US consultancy Gongos Research has launched Consumer Village, an online community providing an alternative means of conducting both qual and quant research.

The firm says its new platform is already providing average response rates of more than 30% and average survey completion rates of 92%.

For exploratory research, flash polls are conducted among members to generate feedback on consumer attitudes or behavior, with responses received within 24 hours. Customized dialogues can also be fielded across the community to provide in-depth qualitative feedback with responses that average 70 words.

'Consumer Village has been carefully cultivated to create a deep and enduring relationship with consumers who are eager to share their ideas and opinions,' states Research Director, Analytics Mitch Sanders. 'We leverage this relationship to provide business insights not possible with traditional qualitative or quantitative methods.'

Michigan-based Gongos Research recently launched the goSHOP online platform to help clients understand how consumers make a purchase decision and identify what products they are likely to buy.
