PluggedIN Launches MR Community Platform

Market research online community specialists PluggedIN have launched a proprietary platform for use by MR and consulting firms looking to launch private online communities for their clients.

The firm says its PluggedIN Platform, which includes a variety of social networking, community and research tools, is ideal for running small-to-mid size extended qual studies, ranging from online communities to virtual ethnography and diary research.

Commenting on the launch, Managing Partner Matt Foley said: 'We're excited to launch the platform formally beyond our current work with a select group of research and consulting agencies. We believe our work with qualitative researchers will allow us to create an industry standard platform for longitudinal online qualitative research studies.'
