Firm Probes Response to Online Videos

In the US, market research provider ZeeProbe has launched an online focus group service offering real-time, frame-by-frame video testing.

The new ZeeTrax solution has been designed to provide feedback on favorable and unfavorable content, themes, images, sounds and expressions, as well as pinpoint any issues which cause reversal of response.

It enables clients to view their data both during and after testing. Summarized numerical data is available, and clients can also choose to view videos with real-time graphing of one or more subgroups or attributes.

'ZeeTrax provides feedback from larger targeted audiences, significantly reducing travel and logistical costs. Feedback is provided in animated line graphs showing average frame-by-frame responses,' stated VP of Business Solutions, Prit Sen.
