PeopleMetrics Opens Online Research Bureau

In the US, research supplier PeopleMetrics has opened a stand-alone subsidiary called Feedback Partners, to provide online research bureau services for tracking studies and focus groups.

PeopleMetrics focuses on customer, employee and physician engagement research. While Feedback Partners is new, its tools have been developed by its parent company, which has used the technology to execute millions of surveys and thousands of online focus groups since 2000.

Through this technology, Feedback Partners offers a full range of configuration, management and hosting services. On-demand reporting is delivered via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web portal, and all reports are available to any client with an Internet connection as there is no software to install.

The new company is led by former MSI International Ops Director, Michael Gargano, who comments: 'Market research providers have an incredible opportunity to help their clients take action on individual respondent experiences. Our technology, flexibility and expertise help them and their clients do this every day.'

Feedback Partners specializes in online tracking studies and online focus groups, and also provides real-time alerts, dashboards and analytical tools.
