Market Probe Spins Off Fieldwork Division in India

The field operations division of Market Probe India has been spun off as a separate unit called MP Global Link India. The company will offer fieldwork solutions for market research companies, consultancies and corporate clients.

The new agency offers multi-modal fieldwork - including face-to-face interviews, and CATI and CAPI interviews - through its network of field offices and data entry centres in 45 Indian cities.

The firm has a staff of more than 200 (including supervisors and data entry staff) with all-India coverage, and also operates its own CATI center at NOIDA (New Okhla Industrial Development Area).

MP Global Link India is run by India Operations Director Sanjay Kumar, who is responsible for maintaining the company's data protection, quality control and MRSI code of conduct standards; and Operations Manager Anil Jha, responsible for implementing systems and processes to ensure quality data.
