Vegas Wedding for Media Tech Partners

In the US, media production and broadcast consultantcy D. I. S. Consulting Corporation and technology specialist Strategy Analytics Inc. have announced a partnership to offer research and advisory services for the media technology, distribution, production and content management sectors.

The partners will introduce the service and present initial findings to key industry players at the NAB Show in Las Vegas, later this month.

Based in New York, and founded in 1982, DIS is known mainly for its syndicated, multi-client research reports, now numbering 28 globally, but also conducts bespoke strategic and logistical projects. Boston, MA-based Strategy Analytics focuses on the emerging technology, communications and media sectors.

DIS' CEO and Chief Analyst Douglas I. Sheer says teaming up with Strategy Analytics is 'inspired, and a perfect fit that can add tremendous value to all of our existing relationships.'

David Mercer, VP at Strategy Analytics, comments: 'The global media technology industry is in urgent need of independent expertise and strategic direction at a time of enormous uncertainty and flux.
