2CV Appoints Leaders for Global Push

In the UK, 2CV has appointed Doug Edmonds, former Head of Numbers, to the position of UK MD, and Tim Blandford as Global Chief Operating Officer. Edmonds set up the firm’s quantitative division and has led it for ten years. He now takes overall responsibility for the management and expansion of the company’s London operation. Blandford will manage the firm’s planned global roll-out, which began with the launch in March of 2CV North America, and will drive the creation of local hubs in major business centres across the globe as well as managing strategic UK acquisitions. 2CV says sales increased 26% from 2007 to 2008 while UK head count grew 21% - both UK and US offices are still actively recruiting.
