Cognicient Software to Spot Dud Questions

May 21 2009

UK-based data integration agency Cognicient has launched a dashboard to help customers identify which survey questions have the greatest impact on their business, and weed out those questions that are unproductive and redundant.

The new Link Dashboard has been designed to complement the firm's existing Link Manager tool (formerly known as FusionPoint), which is used to build integrative research databases.

CEO Mike Page comments: 'Clients had been asking us to provide a direct interface to the data to allow them to use the FusionPoint system more easily, and we have been working hard to deliver this. Our new Link Dashboard will give the researcher all the tools necessary to deliver greater insight while at the same time saving money.'

Page founded Cognicient in London in 2003, and after a spell as Synovate's Director of Operations for Western Europe, he re-launched his firm in New York in 2007.
