Using Employee Research to Improve Business Performance

October 8 2001

Research consultancy, ORC International, is organising two free seminars at its London (11 October) and Manchester (8 November) offices, focusing on the needs of HR professionals.

The half-day events will examine how professionally conducted employee research can provide increased employee morale and commitment, with the aim of leading to improved organisational performance.

The speakers will feature consultants from ORC International's employee research division, and the agenda includes:

  • The benefits and cost justification of employee opinion surveys.
  • Converting research data into action plans.
  • Converting action plans into actions, and monitoring the ensuing progress.

According to Kate Pritchard, head of ORC International's employee research division, "We've been involved with employee research for more than 15 years, and our intention is that these seminars will provide the opportunity for delegates to benefit from our expertise and commitment in this field."

To reserve a place at either seminar, please contact Sayrian Connell on 020 7675 1153.
