Research Engineer Hub Launched by Itracks

November 16 2001

Itracks, the online MR software supplier, has just announced the launch of its new Research Engineer software programme. This system is billed as a "one-stop hub for research professionals, allowing them to manage their online projects from one central location."

The software has been especially designed to increase the ability of online market researchers to administer and collaborate on their projects. It should also serve as an information source for the whole market research industry to draw on.

Itracks has ensured that all its existing software products can be administered and controlled through the Research Engineer platform. In theory, this should save online users a certain amount of both time and money. The products accessible this way are the chat room based Online Focus Groups and Bulletin Board Focus Groups, as well as the more recently introduced Satisfaction Compass (the online satisfaction research package).

"Market researchers who work in an online environment previously had to juggle numerous logins and passwords in order to manage their projects," Douglas Bates, Itracks executive vice president of production, has commented. "The Research Engineer eliminates the need for multiple logins by providing a powerful and secure framework for managing Itracks' suite of online research tools. "

"Itracks foremost concern is that we always meet or exceed the needs of our clients," Daniel Weber, Itracks president and CEO added. "One thing all customers have in common is a need to streamline their processes. By creating this comprehensive research hub we are giving market researchers a way to manage their projects in a more straightforward and secure manner."
