New Business for ORC in States

Opinion Research Corporation's US market research unit has been awarded a series of contracts with a combined value of USD$7.0 million. These contracts, all with leading, global technology organizations, will be completed over the course of 2002.

ORC will be working to provide dynamic, quantitative market intelligence on Customer Loyalty & Retention and Brand Image and Equity issues. This market intelligence is developed using proprietary models and statistical analysis applied to data that ORC will collect from senior executives in major corporations around the world.
