Name Change to Jupitermedia

September 20 2002

INT Media Group has recently announced that it has changed its name to Jupitermedia Corporation, following the acquisition of the assets of the Jupiter Research and Events businesses from Jupiter Media Metrix, Inc. in July.

'The acquisition of the Jupiter Research and Events businesses has provided us with an outstanding opportunity to further expand and diversify our revenue sources. We are experiencing tremendous marketing synergies among the Jupiter properties and our internet.com and EarthWeb.com Network with over 20 million unique business users, as well as with our conferences and trade shows,' stated Jupitermedia Corporation's Chairman and CEO Alan M. Meckler. 'Our name change from INT Media Group, Incorporated to Jupitermedia Corporation further emphasizes the importance of the Jupiter brand in our overall strategy,' added Meckler.

The company has also launched a new service, Jupiter Direct (www.jupiterdirect.com), that publishes single copy reports derived from Jupiter Research. Merged into the Jupiter Direct service offerings are the survey operations formerly provided by INT Media Research.

'We're pleased to be able to combine Jupiter Research reports with our former INT Media Research offerings through our Jupiter Direct service. Business professionals are now able to purchase individual copies of strategic research reports and briefings that will help them make informed decisions,' stated Alan M. Meckler. 'Jupiter Direct complements our Jupiter Research subscription-based services that provide companies with proprietary data, industry-specific analysis, competitive insight and strategic advice.'
