Global computer and technology company IBM has announced that it is to work with Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) as its primary corporate research provider. IBM will outsource its corporate headquarters market information needs to TNS, including customer commitment and global brand research.
Led by TNS' North American operation, TNS Intersearch, the research will cover more than 85 countries and use TNS-branded products and services to serve IBM's needs and develop technology that enables more sophisticated data collection and delivery.
Bob Michaels, Executive Vice President at TNS Intersearch said: 'This is an important development that not only consolidates our existing relationship with IBM, one of TNS's ten largest clients, but that also offers significant potential for the range of services currently provided to IBM to be expanded.'
