Compliance Mystery Shopping Seminar

May 16 2003

On 12th June UK research agency BPRI will be hosting a 'Compliance Mystery Shopping' seminar, with support from Abbey National. Over the past few years, the agency's specialist mystery shopping team, has been working with a number of banks, building societies, insurance firms and life and pensions companies, to design and implement such programmes. This event now aims to share this knowledge and best practice.

In light of the regulatory environment within the financial services sector, and the need for companies to monitor the adherence of their staff/advisers towards compliance standards and processes, BPRI came to realise the benefits that clients could gain from using mystery shopping as an objective and independent measurement tool.

Alan Beal, Abbey National's Customer Regulation Manager, with responsibility for the company's compliance mystery shopping programme, will be discussing the evolvement of their programme over the past two years and the key benefits derived from it. Alan, a strong advocate of mystery shopping, believes it is a key component in ensuring that Abbey National meets regulatory requirements and provides quality customer service.

If you are interested in attending, please contact Debbie Senior, BPRI's Head of Marketing, on 020 7261 9990 or at debbie.senior@bprigroup.com
