Millward Brown has strengthened its management team in Mainland Europe to cope with increased business. A mix of outside hires and new responsibilities for existing staff brings the total number of new roles to eight.
Tamas Geczi, currently Managing Director of Millward Brown Germany and Deputy Managing Director across Millward Brown's Mainland European region moves full-time into his Deputy MD role. Geczi will continue to report into Andrea Bielli, Managing Director for this region.
Taking over Geczi's role in Germany is Manfred Tautscher, previously joint MD of Millward Brown's Austrian licensee, Integral. Tautscher jointly founded Integral 15 years ago, and has extensive experience in working with multi-national clients. Tautscher will be based in Frankfurt, while Geczi will move to Budapest once the German handover is complete.
Moving to the newly created position of Mainland European Director of Strategic Planning, is Erika Nemethi. Nemethi joins from management consultancy MAP, and previously held senior marketing positions within Warner Lambert, J&J and Pepsi in Western Europe and in Central and Eastern Europe. She will bring into the organisation additional skills aimed at reinforcing Millward Brown's marketing advice services in Mainland Europe. Nemethi will be Budapest based, and will report directly to Andrea Bielli.
Franco Gnocchi joins as HR Director for Millward Brown Mainland Europe. Gnocchi will be Rome based, and will report into Tamas Geczi.
