Kantar Appoints Insight President

Kantar has announced that Tamara Ingram, former CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi and of McCann-Erickson in the UK, is joining as president of 3 of its insight companies, Added Value, Fusion 5 and Henley Centre. Ingram will report in to Kantar CEO, Eric Salama and the CEOs of the three companies will report in to her.

The move is intended to further focus the three companies, whose offers are seen as complementary, on providing actionable insights at an international level. Added Value is headed up by Paul McGowan and Charles Broome, Fusion 5 by Dave Moran and Henley Centre by Chairman and interim CEO Martin Hayward whilst Sian Davies is on maternity leave.

Ingram worked in film production before joining Saatchi & Saatchi in 1985. She was made Joint CEO in January 1995 and Executive Chairman in 2001. She joined McCann-Erickson at the beginning of 2002 as Chairman and Chief Executive. She holds many other positions including Chairman of the London Tourist Board, member of the Board of the London Development Agency (LDA), member of the Council of the IPA and Chair of the Development Board of the Royal Court Theatre.
