US-based provider Market Probe has appointed former TNS technology and media research specialist Don Ryan as Vice President of its Technology Practice. Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based Market Probe, which was founded in 1976, specializes in stakeholder measurement programs focusing on customers, employees and brands. The firm has offices throughout the US and in Canada, Belgium, France, the UK, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, India, Singapore, Hong Kong and China. Ryan joins with more than 20 years’ experience in using market data to formulate marketing recommendations. Most recently, he was VP of Technology and Media Research at TNS, prior to which he held management and consulting roles with agencies including Meta Group, Current Analysis, Giga Group and Federal Express.
