In London, online sampling and data collection firm Research Now has promoted several members of its Northern European team as a result of a structural reorganisation in the region.

Andrew O’Connell has moved up from Client Development Director to Vice President of Client Development, responsible for new business channels and products in the UK. Before joining the firm in 2005, he served as Business Development Manager at The Future Foundation.

In addition, Joanna Webb and Susan Askew have been promoted from Associate Client Development Director to Client Development Director, while John Ferguson becomes Associate Director in the Media sector.

All four take on expanded responsibilities in the Northern Europe Client Development team, led by Chris Dubreuil and Ben Hogg.

Hogg says the four are ‘valuable additions to the excellent leadership team in Northern Europe’ and comments: ‘The calibre of Andrew, Joanna, Susan and John has been clear to see.’
