In the UK, online and panel survey technology firm QuestBack has expanded its London team with the appointment of Tom Meyritz as Head of Business Development UK, Julian Zammit as Client Development Director - UK, and James Riley in a business development role.

The company offers web-based services for the collection and analysis of customer and employee satisfaction feedback from its headquarters in Oslo, Norway, and additional nineteen offices worldwide. Last year, it acquired German panel and survey software firm Globalpark, which has since taken on the Questback brand name.

Prior to joining, Meyritz ran his own consultancy for two years, and before this, he worked as Senior European Account Director at Lightspeed Research, and as Head of Client Development in Europe at Ciao Surveys.

Zammit previously held research, account management, and business development roles at agencies including RMSI UK, Ipsos ASI, ESA, Synovate and NOP World. He has also worked at MrWeb as a consultant, and at recruitment agency RPCushing. In his new role, Zammit will create new and develop existing client relationships.

Having worked for WPP-owned Kantar for more than a decade, Riley’s focus has been on building and growing operations in Frankfurt, Milan and London across Millward Brown and Lightspeed Research. At QuestBack, he will consult on customer and employee engagement as well as social media channels.
