WPP-owned healthcare panel and data collection agency All Global has appointed Amber Leila Esco as Vice President of Business Development, as part of its plans to expand its US team.

Esco joins with 20 years' market research experience. Since 2000, she has worked as EVP at Schlesinger Associates, where she was responsible for the development and management of senior staff in business development, account management, direct selling, strategic planning and PR roles. Earlier, she worked for the firm as Global Management of Field Services, and as MD, responsible for the daily operations of the Philadelphia and Bala Cynwyd offices. Before joining Schlesinger, Esco was a Project Director at Beale Consulting, managing qual market research projects.

In her new role, she will initially focus on supporting the quant healthcare research studies for North American clients, with a longer-term remit to expand her responsibilities to include both qual and quant approaches.
