In the UK, healthcare specialist M3 Global Research has appointed Caroline Powell as Business Development Manager at its London office studio facilities.

M3 Global Research is the market research division of Tokyo-based M3 Inc – a SONY company which operates a proprietary healthcare professional panel of 1.3 million respondents across more than 60 countries. Last year, the firm relocated its UK focus group facility to Hammersmith, west London, where it offers three viewing rooms equipped with SONY high definition capture.

Powell (pictured) joins from field agency Viewpoint, where she served as Business Development Director for the last year, prior to which, she was Gartner’s Business Development manager for UK and Ireland.

In her new role, Powell will be responsible for driving studio revenue and expanding the UK arm’s market research business across the B2C and B2B segments.

Commenting on the position, Powell said: ‘I’m excited to be a part of M3 Global. M3 Global has a great research proposition and state-of-the art studio facilities and I look forward to demonstrating how we can leverage them to help new clients achieve their market research objectives.’
