Robert HolstonSymphonyIRI Group EVP Robert Holston has been elected to the Advisory Board of Columbia University’s Center for Pricing and Revenue Management.

The Center organizes a series of roundtables through which executives from a cross section of US industries share information on pricing, customer segmentation, analytics, marketing and revenue management strategies. It also supports research and educational activities related to the use of analytic techniques, to support customer segmentation and pricing decisions across a wide range of industries.

Advisory Board members comprise leaders in the field of revenue management, who provide recommendations to the Director and Deans of the university’s Business and Engineering Schools.

Holston (pictured), who currently serves as Division Head of Symphony Analytics, has worked for SymphonyIRI since 2009. Prior to this, he was Practice Leader – Shopper Marketing at Deloitte Consulting, Global Director of Shopper Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company, and an Executive in Accenture’s Brand/Customer Strategy Practice.

From next April, SymphonyIRI and the Center will launch an Executive Education Seminar series that will focus on pricing and revenue management topics specific to the CPG and retail market sectors.
