UK sensory and consumer research specialist Product Perceptions has appointed Nicolas Mathieu as a Sensory Manager in its Sensory Department.
West Sussex-based Product Perceptions offers a range of techniques for concept testing, new product development, packaging/design pricing, and product testing across the drinks, FMCG, toiletries and beauty products categories.
Mathieu (pictured) joins with a background in sensory research and statistics. Most recently, he served as Senior Sensory Analyst at horticultural science specialist Vineyard Research and Innovation Centre in Canada. Prior to this, he worked on food sensory analysis in food specialist Groupe ESA’s Grappe Research Unit in France.
