Kadence International has appointed former YouGov director Rob Cushen as Group Commercial Director and Ali Cross as Head of Global Marketing.

Founded in 1992, Kadence has offices in the USA, UK, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and China. Yesterday, the firm reported a 48% increase in 2012 revenues to $14.5m, from $9.8m in the previous year.

Cushen joins from YouGov, where he served as Director of the Consumer Practice, with responsibility for development of EMEA consumer propositions.

Most recently, Cross worked at CBS Outdoor International as International Marketing Manager, prior to which, she spent three years as Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive at Ipsos MORI.
