Consumer, product, and media intelligence specialist Mintel has appointed Tonya Roberts as a Multicultural Analyst in its Chicago office.
Roberts (pictured) joins from African-American ad agency Burrell Communications, where she served as AD of Consumer Insights, responsible for developing the firm’s proprietary research studies, as well as conducting primary research across a wide range of sectors. Prior to this, she spent more than 17 years at Performax Consulting Services, where she led on-site surveys at conferences and events, in-house telephone surveys, and online-mail research projects.
In her new role, Roberts will develop and expand Mintel's coverage of the Hispanic, Asian, and African-American consumer.
