In Canada, full service agency SmartPoint Research has appointed Sam Rai as Vice President.

The firm offers focus group recruitment, field services, and access to a focus group facility in Vancouver, along with full qualitative and quantitative research services. In addition, the company’s HealthViews Market Research Panel provides access to healthcare professionals across Canada.

Rai (pictured) joins from Toluna, where he worked for more than four years, and latterly served as Director of Client Development for Canada. Prior to this, he was an Account Manager at Research Now, and he served as Research Manager at Ipsos Reid.
