David NortonIn New York, marcoms network MDC Partners has appointed David Norton to lead its analytics and consumer insights efforts across the group.

MDC Partners utilizes technology, marketing communications, data analytics, insights and strategic consulting solutions to drive marcoms ROI for multinational clients in the US, Canada, and worldwide.

Norton (pictured) joins with nearly 25 years’ brand marketing experience. Most recently, he spent thirteen years at Harrah's & Caesars Entertainment, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing the firm’s Total Rewards loyalty program, operational CRM, multi-cultural marketing, traditional and digital advertising, revenue management, brand management, and customer insights. Prior to this, he led the cross-business-unit infrastructure and strategy for the American Express teleservices channel.

In his new role, Norton is responsible for optimizing MDC's advanced analytics resources, as well as building and integrating the capabilities needed to deliver omni-channel action and brand experiences on behalf of clients.
