Leah BraschMarketing analytics specialist reach | influence [ri] has appointed Michael O’Toole as Business Development Manager and Leah Brasch as Marketing Manager.

Royal Oak, MI-based [ri] develops shopper engagement programs for independent grocers using data, analytics and design expertise.

O’Toole joins with fifteen years’ retail sector experience, having most recently worked at relationship marketing firm VRMS in the retail customer relationship management / loyalty division, where he led the business development and account management functions.

CEO Eric Green comments: ‘We are enthusiastic about attracting Mike to the company given his talent and experience. His perspective of the market demand for shopper analytics coupled with our expertise of translating that shopper focused data into profitable actions for our retailers is a powerful combination.’

Brasch (pictured) joins from Toledo Museum of Art, where she worked for the past six years and latterly served as Creative Director/Senior Graphic Designer. Prior to this, she worked at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as Senior Designer/Art Director. In her new role, she will expand the firm’s presence in the grocery and wholesale community through web and ad placement, as well as the creation of sales collateral.

Green adds: ‘Leah is a fantastic, and much needed, addition to the reach | influence team. Her experience coupled with her enthusiasm will serve both us and our clients well. In her role, Leah will be leading the effort to drive awareness of our offerings into the independent retail industry with the ultimate goal of serving our clients end shoppers.’
