In the US, qual specialist 20|20 Research has promoted Bob Lunny to the position of Chief Operating Officer of its 20|20 Technology subsidiary.
20|20 Technology has developed a number of online qualitative market research solutions, including an app through which research participants can log their experiences using a mobile phone, and a mobile geo-location tool that helps researchers track respondents while they shop.
Lunny (pictured) joined the firm last year as SVP, having previously held a number of operations leadership roles, including serving as COO of web-based employee performance management software start-up Tenzinga. In addition to his role at 20|20, he also co-owns oyster farm Drakes Bay Oyster Company. In his new role, he will oversee all 20|20 Technology’s daily operations, and be responsible for developing and implementing new technologies.
