Loren GrossmanNew York-based data-driven customer experience agency RAPP has announced that Global Chief Strategy Officer Loren Grossman will take on the additional position of Director of Applied Data, adding media analytics to his existing responsibilities.

Omnicom-owned RAPP has a network of more than 50 offices in 30 countries, and is a part of Omnicom’s Diversified Agency Services division.

Grossman (pictured), who has worked at RAPP for the past fifteen years and founded the firm’s Strategy and Enablement Practice, has been in his current position since 2008. In his expanded role, he will oversee the firm’s data and measurement capabilities. He will also manage RAPP’s alliance with sister agency Annalect, which was set up in 2010 to offer data and analytics services designed to provide ‘better customer insights, more precise audience targeting, and more effective media investment strategies’.
