Laurence Stellings, Richard Bridger, David Rowson and Owen ThomasUK-based research and consulting firm Populus has promoted Laurence Stellings and Richard Bridger to Associate Director and David Rowson and Owen Thomas to Consultants in its Politics and Reputation practice.

Populus, which was founded in 2003 by former Tory party staff Michael Simmonds, Andrew Cooper and Rick Nye, is best known for its work in polling and political research.

Stellings, who joined Populus in 2006 with a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of Southampton, also takes on responsibility for Parliamentary research and Populus’s growing portfolio of work in the education field.

Bridger joined the firm in 2008 as a Research Executive, after gaining an MSc in Political Science from LSE. Rowson has worked at Populus since 2011, and Thomas has worked there since 2010.

Simmonds comments: ‘These changes are the next stage of our plans to expand and add quality to our team to ensure we are able to deliver on our promise of providing clients with the critical knowledge they need to succeed.’
