Emerging markets specialist Borderless Access has boosted its US sales presence with the hiring of Rick Kelly, formerly of SSI, as AVP - Sales, responsible for business development in the western US.

The online panel provider, which launched a proprietary health & wellness panel in the BRIC countries and Mexico in July, now boasts more than 1.4 million proprietary panelists in eleven countries.
